Start time: 32 counts they will sing, “I’m caught up in the middle” for
the second time.
1. KICK & POINT, TWIST TWIST KICK, COASTER STEP, SCUFF HITCH STEP
1&2 Kick fwd with R, replace weight on R, touch L toe to L side
3&4 Twist heels R.L.R to make a 1/4 turn L ending with a small kick
fwd on L (9 o’clock)
5&6 L coaster step
7&8 Small scuff fwd on R, hitch R knee, step fwd on R
2. TAP TAP TURN, SCUFF SIDE STEP, LEAN REPLACE, BEHIND SIDE CROSS
1&2 Tap L toe back, tap L toe slightly further back, make 1/4 turn
L & step L to L side (6 o’clock)
3-4 Small scuff fwd on R, step R to R side about shoulder width apart
5-6 Bending R knee slightly lean weight over R leg keeping upper body
& shoulders straight, push body back
over to L & do a small kick to R side
7&8 Step R behind L, small step to L side, cross R over L
3. ROCK & KICK CROSS, ROCK REPLACE, TOUCH BACK UNWIND, CHASSE SIDE
1&2& Rock L to L side, replace weight on R, small kick fwd on
L, cross L over R
3-4 Rock R to R side & slightly back, replace weight on L
5-6 Touch R toe behind L, unwind whole turn R weight to finish on R (6
o’clock)
7&8 Chasse L to L side
4. OVER BACK CHASSE SIDE, OVER 1/4 TURN CHASSE SIDE
1-2-3&4 Cross R over L, step back on L, chasse R to R side, R,L,R
5-6-7&8 Cross L over R, making 1/4 turn L step back on R, chasse L
to L side, L,R,L (3 o’clock)
5. SKATE FWD RIGHT, LEFT, SHUFFLE TO THE CORNER, SKATE LEFT, RIGHT, SHUFFLE
TO THE CORNER
1-2 Skate fwd on R, skate fwd on L
3&4 Keeping steps close together shuffle slightly fwd towards the
R diagonal
5-6 Skate fwd on L, skate fwd on R
7&8 Keeping steps close together shuffle slightly fwd towards the
L diagonal

6. ROCK REPLACE 1/2 TRIPLE TURN, & STEP, HIPS OR SHOULDER ROLLS
1-2 Rock fwd on R, replace weight on L
3&4 1/2 triple turn R, (option: 1 ½ triple turn R)
&5 Step fwd on L, step R up to L about shoulder width apart (9 o’clock)
6-7&8 Bump hips to R, bump hips L.R.L weight to finish on L (option:
bump hips L,R,L,R,L,R,L)
(option 2 for hip bumps, on count 6 roll weight over onto R bringing R
shoulder down, L shoulder up, on counts 7-8
shift weight over to L bringing L shoulder down & R shoulder up, weight
on L)
7. SIDE BEHIND & DIG HOLD, & TOUCH & DIG & CROSS SHUFFLE
1-2 Step R to R side, cross L behind R
&3-4 Step R to R side & slightly back, dig L heel fwd & slightly
to L diagonal, hold
&5&6& Replace weight on L, touch R toe next to L toe, step
back & slightly to R side on R, dig L heel
again, replace weight on L
7&8 Cross shuffle R over L
8. 1/4 TURN, 1/4 TURN, SHUFFLE FWD, KICK BACK BACK, HOLD BACK BACK
1-2 Making 1/4 turn R step back on L, making 1/4 turn R step R to R side

3&4 Shuffle fwd L
5&6 Kick fwd with R, step back on R, step L up to R
7&8 Hold, step slightly back on R, step L next to R
1 Restart & 1 easy tag. On the first wall do up to & including
section 5, the skates, then restart the dance facing the
3 o’clock wall. At end of wall 4 you will face 12 o’clock wall, there
is an extra 16 counts, just repeat the last 16 counts
of the dance, sections 7 & 8, start dance again from beginning &
have fun!!
